Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or J.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Deep understanding of various compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX, AML).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance issues clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, CISSP) are highly desirable.
