What you’ll do

  • Lead the design and execution of commercial initiatives for clients in the Life Sciences industry, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and market dynamics.
  • Develop integrated omnichannel strategies covering sales, marketing, medical, and market access in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries.
  • Translate complex business objectives into effective commercial strategies and innovative digital solutions, driving tangible results.
  • Utilize data analytics, AI, and digital tools to enhance customer engagement and commercial outcomes, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive change management and adoption of new strategies and technologies within client organizations, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, creating compelling proposals, and expanding our client base.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and excellence.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 7+ years of experience in Life Sciences commercial strategy (pharmaceuticals, medtech) at a consulting firm or in a relevant industry role.
  • Proven expertise in omnichannel strategy, digital transformation, and customer engagement within the healthcare professional (HCP) domain.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and market access dynamics, with a keen eye for market trends and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics, AI, and digital tools for commercial excellence, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a track record of building lasting relationships and driving successful project outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering high-quality results.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
