We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Creator Marketing Director to spearhead our efforts in the dynamic streaming space. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive creator marketing strategies, identifying and fostering relationships with top-tier content creators, and driving significant growth in user acquisition and engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive creator marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention within the streaming ecosystem.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier content creators, streamers, and influencers across various platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with our brand objectives.
- Negotiate and manage creator partnerships, including contracts, deliverables, and compensation.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content teams to integrate creator feedback and optimize the user experience.
- Lead the development and implementation of creator programs, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of creator marketing efforts, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in creator marketing and the streaming landscape.
- Manage and mentor a team of creator marketing specialists (as the team grows).
- Develop and manage budget for creator marketing activities.
Who you are:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in creator marketing, influencer relations, or partnership management within the streaming, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Deep understanding of the streaming ecosystem, including platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and their respective creator communities.
- Strong network of relationships with prominent content creators and talent agencies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven creator marketing strategies that achieved measurable results.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience managing budgets and leading a team (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
