We are looking for a CRM Manager to support the planning, strategy and execution of retention marketing programs for the Nutrafol brand, focusing specifically on our CRM channels (email, SMS, push and in-app messaging). In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a cohesive customer journey, building out segmented campaigns, and executing effective A/B tests to optimize performance and drive LTV. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Retention Marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Support the planning, strategy, and execution of retention marketing programs (email, SMS, push and in-app messaging), specifically focusing on our CRM channels
- Manage email, SMS, and push marketing calendars
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and launch campaigns that align with business goals
- Build and QA campaign segments, emails, and SMS messages
- Develop a testing roadmap and execute A/B tests to optimize performance
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present findings to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM and retention marketing
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM or retention marketing, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo) and email service providers (ESPs)
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
