Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engineer to join their dynamic team, focusing on their Leviathan product line.
As a Customer Engineer specializing in AI and cloud infrastructure, you will be pivotal in shaping the success of their strategic customers. This role combines deep technical expertise with a customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of their cutting-edge AI and distributed systems platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a primary technical contact for key customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Provide expert guidance on implementing, optimizing, and scaling their platform for AI and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to communicate customer feedback, influence product roadmap, and ensure successful deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, offering timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and documentation to educate customers on best practices and new features.
- Act as an advocate for customers within the company, ensuring their voices are heard and their requirements are met.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in AI, cloud computing, and distributed systems to provide cutting-edge advice.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager), preferably with a focus on AI, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of successfully guiding enterprise customers through complex technical implementations and problem-solving.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), GPU-accelerated computing, and related toolchains.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, and security best practices in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
