Cyber Security Manager – AI Enablement

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Manager to lead our AI Enablement security initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing security strategies, frameworks, and controls to protect our AI systems, data, and models. You will work closely with our AI development teams, data scientists, and product managers to ensure security is embedded throughout the AI lifecycle, from design to deployment.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies and frameworks tailored to AI systems and applications.
  • Lead the assessment and mitigation of security risks associated with AI/ML models, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with AI development teams to embed security best practices throughout the AI lifecycle (design, development, deployment, monitoring).
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices, proactively adapting our security posture.
  • Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Drive the adoption of secure AI development principles, tools, and processes across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training specific to AI technologies for relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure AI initiatives adhere to relevant data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions to enhance the protection of AI assets.
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents involving AI systems, implementing effective containment and remediation measures.

What we’ll love about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience securing AI/ML systems, including understanding of common AI vulnerabilities (e.g., adversarial attacks, data poisoning, model evasion).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSEC, CCSP, Certified AI Security Professional) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
