Demand Generation Lead

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Lead to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue for Semrush.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns (email, content syndication, webinars, paid media, etc.) to drive MQLs and pipeline growth.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign management process, from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with content marketing, product marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive efficient lead acquisition.
  • Implement and optimize lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaign ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest demand generation trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage and track the budget for demand generation activities.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of the demand generation funnel, lead scoring, and nurturing best practices.
  • Strong expertise in paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) and SEO principles.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
