We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Product to join our team and help us build the future of our product offerings. You will be a key leader in our product organization, responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative solutions that delight our customers and drive business growth.
What you will do:
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with our overall company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead the product roadmap planning process, including prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product optimization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify new product opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to drive product growth and success.
- Act as a strong advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are central to our product development process.
Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (Director or higher) at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and scaling complex software products.
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, headless CMS, or developer tools is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
