We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to join our growing Product team to help build the next generation of our Pentest as a Service platform. As a key leader on the Product team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for a critical area of our platform, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer value and drive business growth.
What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing Product Managers.
- Own the strategic product roadmap for an entire product area and effectively communicate it to stakeholders.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define and deliver product experiences that delight customers and drive business value.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define and track key product metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive product discovery, working closely with Design and Engineering to explore and validate solutions.
- Be an advocate for your product area internally and externally.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision of the company.
About you
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing other Product Managers.
- Proven track record of launching successful products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience in the cybersecurity or developer tools space is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
