About the Job
As the Director of Product Marketing for Financial Management Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive the adoption and growth of our financial management software solutions. You will serve as a key liaison between product management, sales, and marketing, ensuring our solutions are effectively positioned and communicated to target audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial technology, a proven track record in product marketing, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies for financial management solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our financial management solutions in the market.
- Develop sales tools and collateral, including presentations, data sheets, and whitepapers, to support the sales team.
- Work closely with the demand generation team to develop and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, market share, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing professionals.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on financial management solutions or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the financial management software market, including key trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
