Responsibilities and tasks
- Participate in the development and implementation of a learning strategy
- Coordinate activities with other departments and units
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Advise senior management
- Administer budgets
- Approve expenditures
- Manage contracts
- Direct and advise staff
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Represent the institution at various meetings and functions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
