Director – Sales Operations

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Director of Sales Operations to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. This is a critical role responsible for optimizing sales efficiency, fostering strategic decision-making, and driving revenue growth. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our sales operations function, empowering our sales team to achieve their full potential.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and optimize the sales technology stack (CRM, sales enablement tools, etc.).
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Design and implement compensation plans that motivate sales teams and align with business objectives.
  • Oversee sales training and onboarding programs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales systems.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of success in building, scaling, and optimizing sales operations functions.
  • Deep expertise in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
