The Director, Talent Acquisition Delivery will play a pivotal role in shaping iRhythm’s future by leading and scaling our Talent Acquisition Delivery function. This leader will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent in a competitive market. As a people leader, the Director will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture within the talent acquisition team and across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, emphasizing direct sourcing, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to offer, ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant hiring practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, developing proactive recruitment plans to address critical roles.
- Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and the overall candidate journey.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the talent acquisition process, ensuring fair and unbiased hiring practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, optimizing their effectiveness and ensuring cost-efficient partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, labor market trends, and talent acquisition innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to talent management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, managing and developing recruitment teams.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of direct sourcing methodologies, employer branding, and candidate experience best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
