We are seeking an Ecosystem Lead – P4 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall health and growth of a project ecosystem. You will be a key player in ensuring the project’s success by fostering collaboration, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for ecosystem growth and sustainability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contributors, users, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze ecosystem metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and conferences.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project features meet ecosystem needs.
- Drive adoption of the project through effective communication and outreach initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for ecosystem expansion and partnerships.
- Act as a primary point of contact for ecosystem-related inquiries and support.
- Prepare regular reports on ecosystem health, progress, and challenges for leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ecosystem development, community management, or program management within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully growing and nurturing open-source project ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of open-source principles, licenses, and governance models.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret ecosystem metrics.
- Experience with CRM and project management software.
- Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and community events.
