ConsenSys is looking for an Enablement Technical Lead.

As an Enablement Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical strategy and delivery of our enablement programs. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in Web3 and blockchain to design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical content, training, and tools that accelerate the adoption and proficiency of our developer and enterprise audiences.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the technical strategy and development for enablement programs targeting developers and enterprises.
- Design and implement scalable technical training solutions, labs, and documentation (e.g., tutorials, code samples, API guides).
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and developer relations teams to identify gaps and opportunities for technical content and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior technical educators and content creators, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current with Web3 and blockchain technologies, integrating new developments and best practices into enablement materials.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and efficiency of enablement initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of enablement processes and methodologies, ensuring relevance and impact.
Are you a good fit for this role?
- Proven experience as a technical lead or senior engineer in Web3, blockchain, or a related field (e.g., distributed systems, cloud infrastructure).
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and decentralized application development.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or documentation for developer audiences.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Web3 (e.g., Solidity, JavaScript, Go, Python).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience with developer tools and platforms (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, MetaMask SDKs).
- A passion for education and empowering others in the blockchain space.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with various blockchain protocols beyond Ethereum (e.g., Layer 2s, other EVM chains).
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Open-source contributions or community involvement in Web3.
