We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Destinations team. The Destinations team builds and maintains our integrations with various business tools, such as CRMs, ad networks, and marketing automation platforms. As an Engineering Manager on the Destinations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, helping define and execute on the roadmap, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of engineers building and maintaining our integrations with various business tools
- Help define and execute on the roadmap for the Destinations team
- Work closely with Product to understand customer pain points and translate them into technical solutions
- Mentor and grow engineers on your team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career development
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Participate in the hiring process to attract and retain top talent
- Contribute to the overall engineering strategy and culture
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience with a modern web stack (e.g. TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, Go, Java, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
