You will be a player-coach, balancing hands-on technical contribution with mentorship and strategic leadership. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for the Earn product, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Champion engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and design of new features and systems.
- Participate in the hiring process, helping to build and scale a world-class engineering team.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the Earn platform.
- Serve as a technical leader and role model, inspiring your team to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership role.
- Strong technical background with experience in designing, building, and operating scalable distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Location Details
This is a fully remote role within the USA.
