Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. You will be a key player in driving new business revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing complex deals with large enterprise clients. Your mission will be to expand our market share and establish long-term partnerships with leading companies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and target large enterprise accounts within assigned territory, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
– Prospect and generate new leads through strategic outreach, networking, and industry events.
– Conduct comprehensive discovery calls and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our CX platform.
– Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful close, including negotiation and contract finalization.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
– Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
– Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity logs in CRM (Salesforce).
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

What you’ll bring:
– 8+ years of successful quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within the SaaS CX, CRM, or MarTech space.
– Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
– Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience selling to C-level executives in large organizations.
– Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented value propositions.
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
