Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the EMEA region. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our connected device security solutions, helping organizations secure their most vulnerable assets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within the EMEA region by prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities for the company’s connected device security solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT security professionals, and operational technology (OT) leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and target high-potential customers, understanding their unique security challenges and aligning the company’s solutions to address those needs.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the platform.
  • Collaborate with the sales engineering, professional services, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Prerequisites

  • 8+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, ideally to large enterprises in the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including connected device security, IoT, OT, and supply chain security.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
