We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition in Singapore for our leading observability platform, focusing on identifying, prospecting, and closing new enterprise customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for new business in the Singapore market.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for new business in the Singapore market.
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers by effectively demonstrating the value of our observability solutions.
- Manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, professional services, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information in CRM.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to help guide future product development and positioning.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 8+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Cloud, or Observability.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in new business acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore market, including key industries and business practices.
- Experience selling complex technical solutions to C-level executives and senior IT stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting tools.
