Enterprise Marketing Lead

The company is seeking an Enterprise Marketing Lead to drive its go-to-market strategy for its enterprise solutions. This role is crucial for expanding its reach into large organizations and requires a strategic mindset with strong execution skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, managing a team, and working closely with sales to achieve revenue targets. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates in USA and Canada.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of the company’s enterprise products.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and sales enablement materials tailored for enterprise buyers.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budget allocation and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Identify market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

Who You Are (Prerequisites):

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise marketing roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that delivered measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and buyer journey.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
