Join our team as an Enterprise Sales Executive for our Healthcare Vertical, where you will drive new logo acquisition within the Staffing & Recruitment sector. In this strategic role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue goals by securing new business with large enterprise clients. Your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and cultivating strong client relationships will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, engage, and close new enterprise clients within the Healthcare Vertical (Staffing & Recruitment).
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Present compelling value propositions and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, client success) to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience, specifically selling into the Healthcare Vertical, with a focus on Staffing & Recruitment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of background screening, drug testing, and/or other HR technology solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
