Seeking an ERP & Business Apps – SAP OTC/TM Manager to join a team in the USA. This is an onsite position, and the successful candidate will manage a team of SAP OTC/TM analysts and work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support SAP OTC/TM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of SAP OTC/TM analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP OTC/TM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement within the OTC/TM domain.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP OTC/TM issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP advancements and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
- Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and budget management activities.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP OTC/TM implementation and support.
- Proven experience in managing a team of SAP professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), LE (Logistics Execution), and TM (Transportation Management) modules.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC/TM business processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
