What you’ll do:
- Proactively identify, engage, and assess exceptional talent across various leadership functions (e.g., Go-to-Market, Engineering, Product, Research, Operations, Legal, Finance, People) at OpenAI.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of world-class leaders.
- Leverage various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct in-depth research to map target companies, identify key talent, and gather market intelligence.
- Partner closely with Executive Recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific needs and desired candidate profiles.
- Articulate compelling value propositions and engage passive candidates with the mission and opportunities at OpenAI.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse) and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sourcing processes, tools, and best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador for OpenAI, representing our values and culture to potential candidates.

- Excellent research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize complex information.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates.
