We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Field FP&A Manager to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our Field Sales and Marketing organizations, providing critical financial insights and guidance to drive business performance and support decision-making. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Field Sales and Marketing organization.
  • Work closely with Field Sales leadership to drive key business outcomes.
  • Provide financial insights and decision support to improve top-line and bottom-line performance.
  • Lead recurring financial processes, including annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close activities.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis (e.g., ROI analysis, performance variance analysis, trending analysis) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales Ops, Marketing, Accounting) to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with a focus on supporting sales or marketing organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and corporate finance concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) and financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in the advertising or technology industry.
