We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Engineer II to join our team dedicated to building innovative products for artists. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for our music platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain responsive and performant user interfaces using modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions to improve the stability and performance of our applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.
