Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to expand client base and market share.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., data scientists, consultants, marketing) to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform growth strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending data-driven solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a growth-oriented role within a consulting or data science environment.
- Strong understanding of data science methodologies, analytics, and their application in solving business problems.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
