Our client, Movement Strategy, is a social media agency and they’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to join their team!
Reporting to the VP, Growth Strategy, the Growth Operations Manager supports the Growth Strategy team and business operations by implementing and optimizing processes, tools, and systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of growth initiatives and optimizing the overall operational workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and workflows for the Growth Strategy team.
- Manage and maintain tools and systems (e.g., CRM, project management software) used by the Growth Strategy team, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
- Support the development and implementation of growth strategies by providing operational expertise and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for operational processes, policies, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to the Growth Strategy team on new tools, processes, and systems.
- Assist with budget management and resource allocation for growth-related activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth operations and technology.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing operational processes and systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the social media agency or digital marketing industry preferred.
