What you’ll do:
- Identify, define, and execute on key strategic initiatives for Apollo’s GTM leadership to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build, maintain, and own GTM KPI reporting (dashboards, scorecards, etc.) to ensure leaders have full visibility into the health of the business and key initiatives.
- Perform deep dive analyses on key initiatives & programs to measure impact and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop executive-level presentations on GTM performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) and other departments (Finance, Product) to align on strategy and operationalize initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and document business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions for optimization.
Skills & Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related role within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving impact through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and other GTM technologies (e.g., Sales Engagement, Marketing Automation).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
