About the Role:
As the Head of Front-End Engineering, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our user interfaces. You will work closely with product management, UX/UI design, and other engineering leads to define roadmaps and implement best practices.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented front-end engineers.
- Define and drive the technical vision and architectural strategy for all front-end initiatives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For (Prerequisites):
- 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex web applications.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the restaurant technology or e-commerce industry is a plus.
