About this role

As the Head of Partner Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including product, sales, and business development, to create compelling marketing campaigns and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of partner marketing programs, including co-marketing initiatives, joint solution launches, and enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Drive partner engagement and adoption through effective communication, training, and support.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Manage a team of partner marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partner growth.

Prerequisites

  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving partner growth.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
