We are looking for a Head of Voice to lead the voice of Kraken Pro. You will set and maintain the standard for all writing and ensure that every word is clear, concise, and aligned with our brand.
About the Role

- Ensure every word is clear, concise, and aligned with our brand.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive voice and tone guide for Kraken Pro.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.
- Write and edit a variety of content, including UI text, product descriptions, marketing copy, and support documentation.
- Mentor and guide other writers, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to our voice and tone guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in voice and tone.
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize content performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or a similar role, with a focus on product or technical writing.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing voice and tone guidelines for a complex product or brand.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they apply to content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the crypto industry or a strong interest in cryptocurrencies is a plus.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of writers is a plus.
