Your responsibilities

  • Manage human resources activities
  • Administer human resources policies and programs
  • Advise management on organizational policy matters and recommend changes
  • Represent the company on labour relations boards and at various conferences
  • Mediate to resolve workplace problems
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Establish and implement administrative controls and systems
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and briefs
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Manage the organization’s human resources programs
  • Supervise human resources staff
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
