As the IBP Strategy & Transformational Lead, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategy that transforms our supply chain organization.
You will play a critical role in driving cross-functional alignment, process optimization, and technology adoption to achieve best-in-class IBP capabilities and deliver significant business value.
What you will do:
- Lead the design and implementation of an IBP roadmap, strategy, and execution plan across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive the transformation of the supply chain organization towards a mature S&OP/IBP process, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Partner with senior leadership to define IBP objectives, scope, and key performance indicators, establishing clear metrics for success.
- Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product) to integrate demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and financial planning processes into a cohesive IBP framework.
- Identify and implement process improvements, technology solutions, and best practices to enhance IBP effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training programs and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new IBP processes and tools across the organization.
- Monitor IBP performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in IBP and supply chain planning, incorporating relevant innovations into the company’s strategy.
- Collaborate with IT to select, configure, and implement appropriate IBP software solutions that support the organization’s evolving needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and accountability within the IBP framework.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or consulting, with a strong focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Proven track record of successfully leading IBP transformations and implementing large-scale supply chain initiatives.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP/IBP methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with IBP software solutions (e.g., SAP IBP, Anaplan, Kinaxis) preferred.
- Change management experience and ability to drive organizational adoption of new processes and systems.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
