The Infrastructure Delivery & Operational Partner Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and operation of cutting-edge infrastructure projects. As an individual contributor, you’ll work closely with various cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and external partners, to drive operational excellence, optimize delivery processes, and build a robust, scalable infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end operational delivery of critical infrastructure projects, from planning to execution and post-launch support.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to define project requirements, set realistic timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, and optimizing workflows.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to ensure operational stability.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for future infrastructure initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery, operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, networking, storage, virtualization).
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and operational frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with vendor management and working with external partners.
- Familiarity with SRE principles and practices.
