As an Integrated Producer, you will be pivotal in bringing groundbreaking projects to life, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage complex initiatives, drive innovative solutions, and maintain high standards of quality and impact.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams (engineers, researchers, designers, product managers) and external partners.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks, implementing creative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Establish and maintain clear project documentation, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in our production processes, tools, and workflows.
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within project teams.
- Support the overall strategic goals of the organization by contributing to long-term planning and initiative development.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of experience in integrated production, project management, or program management, ideally within a fast-paced technology or AI environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ability to adapt them as needed.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Google Workspace).
- A passion for technology and a keen interest in the advancements and potential of AI.
