We are seeking an Investor Relations Senior Manager to join our growing team. This role will report to the Head of Investor Relations and will have exposure to Circle’s executive leadership team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with key leaders across the organization to collect, synthesize, and disseminate information on the business and product strategy, competitive landscape, and overall industry trends.
- Supporting the development of strategic investor presentations, press releases, and SEC filings (as applicable).
- Assisting in the preparation for quarterly earnings and other investor events, including investor days, conferences, and roadshows.
- Partnering with the Head of Investor Relations and leadership on the creation of investor communications including earnings scripts, Q&A documents, and key messages.
- Managing and updating content on the investor relations website, including FAQs and investor-related collateral.
- Responding to ad hoc investor requests and inquiries.
- Conducting competitive and peer analysis to identify key themes and trends.
- Maintaining and managing the investor relations CRM system and tracking investor interactions.
- Support broader finance strategy team initiatives as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or a related field, preferably in the fintech, financial services, or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- CFA or MBA is a plus.
