We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Arc Platform. As a Lead Product Designer on the Arc Platform, you will be joining the team that is building the new global payments infrastructure on top of digital assets (stablecoins). Lead Product Designer will be building world class user experiences that push the boundaries of Web3 and fintech for institutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the entire product design lifecycle from discovery and research to interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across products.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design process and output.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches and user-centered design solutions.
- Proven experience leading the design of complex products from conception to launch.
- Expertise in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, data analysis, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Experience designing for fintech, blockchain, or other complex technical domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
