We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Growth Product team, focused on D2C growth initiatives across our portfolio of mobile games. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact on our direct-to-consumer strategy, user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Define, own, and execute the product vision and strategy for D2C growth, focusing on key metrics like user acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention across our mobile games.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, through research, design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, data science, and studio product teams to deliver impactful D2C product experiences.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and new opportunities for growth.
- Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform product decisions, iterate on features, and optimize performance.
- Manage and mentor a small team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and consumer protection regulations.
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on D2C growth initiatives (e.g., user acquisition, subscription, e-commerce) preferably within the mobile gaming or digital entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products that have driven significant user and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across various teams.
- Experience managing and mentoring product managers.
- Passion for games and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
