Lead Product Manager – Growth (D2C)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Product Manager – Growth (D2C) to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our new direct-to-consumer business, driving growth, engagement, and monetization across our portfolio of mobile games. What you’ll do:

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for a new D2C business, focusing on key growth levers, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Lead a cross-functional team including engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to define, build, and launch new products and features.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, marketing, and game teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the product team.
  • Champion a player-centric approach, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value and experiences to our D2C audience.

What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth or direct-to-consumer (D2C) products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing products, demonstrating strong business acumen and product leadership.
  • Deep understanding of mobile platforms, digital marketing, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a bias for action and a passion for innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
