Lead Product Marketing Manager

This position offers a unique opportunity to build a product marketing function that supports USDC and EURC, two of the fastest-growing stablecoins in the world. As the Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for these critical products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the product marketing strategy and execution for the company’s core digital currency products (USDC, EURC)
  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates the company in the market
  • Launch new product features and enhancements, working closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
  • Create engaging marketing content, including presentations, case studies, website copy, and sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in FinTech or a related industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing B2B products
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital currencies, and the stablecoin landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
