Manager – Technology
Are you a skilled Technology Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and lead a dynamic team? The company is seeking a talented individual to join its IT Solutions and Services team as a Manager – Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that support its strategic objectives.

- Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution within timelines and budget.
- Manage technology projects from inception to completion, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and recommending innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance system performance, and reduce operational costs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus within the team.
- Support the implementation of business systems to improve data quality, reporting and business processes.
- Actively participate in the Business Technology team’s goals and initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in technology roles, with a focus on software development, infrastructure, or IT operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, leading technical teams and projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and project management principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Experience with healthcare or insurance industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
