What you’ll do:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing operations to support growth initiatives.
- Own the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics platforms, and other tools, ensuring optimal integration and performance.
- Develop and implement marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Establish and maintain data integrity standards within marketing systems, ensuring accurate tracking, segmentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and data teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and customer journey.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in marketing operations, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven expertise in administering and optimizing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A passion for technology, particularly blockchain and cryptocurrency, and a desire to contribute to the future of decentralized finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
