As a Media Supervisor, you will lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of media campaigns for our healthcare clients. You will manage a team of media professionals, ensure alignment with client objectives, and drive measurable results.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of media campaigns for healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and client objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of media planners and buyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and present comprehensive media strategies, rationale, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution of media buys across various channels (e.g., digital, social, programmatic, traditional), ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning and buying.
- Collaborate with creative, account, and analytics teams to ensure integrated and effective campaign delivery.
- Manage media budgets, forecasts, and billing processes, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
- Identify and evaluate new media opportunities and partnerships to enhance client campaigns.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on digital media.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Healthcare marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of various media channels, ad tech platforms, and measurement tools.
- Proficiency in media planning software and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DCM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
