Our team is seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to join us in the USA. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting our clients in optimizing their business processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a primary focus on Finance and Operations (F&O).
You will work closely with clients to understand their current operations, identify areas for improvement, and translate those needs into effective Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. This involves a blend of technical and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, leading to the definition of functional specifications for Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation leveraging Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities.
- Configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules to align with client business needs and processes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive training and support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 F&O utilization and process improvement.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and system configuration within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of core financial, supply chain, or manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Production Control, or Project Accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-500) are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%).
