We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Build custom applications and workflows, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for Power Platform development, governance, and administration.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends, recommending new approaches and solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Platform solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and technical guides.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
- Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages (formerly Power Portals) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Power Platform solutions, including model-driven apps, canvas apps, and custom connectors.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party systems.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, .NET) and web technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.
