Oracle Enterprise Sales Director

Are you a seasoned Oracle Enterprise Sales Director with a passion for driving sales and fostering client relationships? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our growing team. As an Oracle Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and target new business opportunities within the Oracle EPM/ERP ecosystem.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Oracle sales teams, clients, and partners.
* Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored Oracle solutions.
* Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
* Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
* Stay updated on industry trends, Oracle product advancements, and competitive landscapes.
* Represent our firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Prerequisites:

* Proven track record of success in Oracle enterprise sales, with a focus on EPM/ERP solutions.
* Strong understanding of Oracle’s product portfolio, including EPM Cloud, ERP Cloud, and related technologies.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Ability to travel as needed.
