We want you to help our agency partners thrive with our industry-leading products (WordPress.com, Jetpack, WooCommerce, Parse.ly, and more). If you have experience in partner management, SaaS, or agencies and are skilled at developing deep relationships with partners, we encourage you to apply.

Partner Managers are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and growing agencies that use our products to build and manage client websites. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the web development ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, nurture, and grow relationships with existing and new agency partners.
  • Proactively identify and recruit new agency partners that fit our ideal partner profile.
  • Help partners navigate technical and business challenges to enable them to grow their business with us.
  • Collaborate internally with our sales, marketing, success, and product teams to share partner feedback and improve partner experience.
  • Educate partners on product updates and new features, helping them understand the value proposition for their clients.
  • Identify, develop, and execute on new partner initiatives to drive growth.
  • Accurately forecast and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Act as an internal advocate for your partners, ensuring their voices are heard and needs are met.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, ideally within a SaaS, web development, or agency environment.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of partners, including recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the web development ecosystem, including WordPress, hosting, and e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for helping businesses succeed and a genuine interest in our products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
