Partnerships Account Executive

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure partner success.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B SaaS partnerships, business development, or account management role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
