People Enablement Partner

As a People Enablement Partner, you will be supporting the People Team in developing and delivering programs, tools, and processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be partnering with People Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and People Analytics to develop and deliver initiatives that enhance the employee experience for our rapidly growing workforce globally. What you’ll do: Work with People Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and People Analytics teams to execute and deliver against critical people programs and projects, including performance management, compensation planning, onboarding, offboarding, manager development, and DEI initiatives. Help develop and manage communication plans related to people enablement initiatives, ensuring transparency and understanding across the organization. Support the creation of engaging content, resources, and training materials (e.g., presentations, guides, FAQs) to support people programs and initiatives. Help with program rollout and support, acting as a resource for employees and managers during program implementation. Gather and analyze feedback on program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to optimize the employee experience. Maintain and update our internal People documentation and resources, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. Contribute to the continuous improvement of People processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll bring: 3+ years of experience in People/HR functions, with a focus on program coordination, enablement, or project management. Demonstrated experience in supporting the development and delivery of various people programs (e.g., performance management, compensation, onboarding, DEI). Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging communications for diverse audiences. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP). Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights to inform decision-making. A proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
